What is Taste of Torah
Taste of Torah was created to share the depth and beauty of Jewish wisdom in a warm, clear, and accessible way. Each teaching draws from the Torah and traditional Jewish commentary— including Midrash, Talmud, and Chassidic insights—to show how Scripture can speak to your questions, struggles, and hopes today. In Jewish tradition, Torah is shared not to change your faith, but to bring more light into it. Our role is simply to illuminate — helping you grow spiritually within the richness of your own faith tradition. We invite you to explore the weekly video and written teachings below.
About Rabbi Yonatan
Rabbi Yonatan Hambourger is an Orthodox Hasidic teacher known for his warmth, clarity, and gift for making ancient Scripture feel alive. His Torah teaching developed over many years— beginning in Jewish settings and, in recent years, expanding to include Christian audiences who appreciate his gentle and thoughtful approach. His weekly teachings and newspaper columns across Georgia have created a unique space where questions are welcomed, curiosity is honored, and deep relationships form across faith traditions.
